My complaint:
I have been logged out of both accounts. I am waiting on orders that are past due. I went to customer service and they want me to pay them $5.00 to send me an email to fix the problem. I am not paying one more dime to wish. This is the second time I have lost money to wish because orders did not come in. I should not have to pay more money to fix a problem that their company is having.
Suggested solution:
Fix my accounts and either send my orders immediately, or a full refund for all my orders since March 2020
