My complaint:
It has been 7 months since I ordered a package. September was the refund deadline. But this needs to be made right, fast. Ive waited too long for my package and its starting to seem like people are just hoping I forgot about it. I’m out of patience.
Suggested solution:
I want my package fast, or a full refund.
