Complaint: 7 fraudulent orders placed on my account

My complaint:

I stepped away from my phone for about 20 minutes and when I came back to it, I had several emails about refunds I had requested from the wish site which I definitely did not request. I cancelled 3 of the orders in time and got them refunded to my card, however, whoever hacked my account had immediately asked for refunds in wish cash before i could cancel them myself. I have emailed wish about 5 different times and one person asked me if I was sure I didn’t accidentally send the 7 orders, another person told me that my card declined the orders anyway so they didn’t need to do anything, only one person actually even understood what I was telling them and said that another department would have to contact me, but I haven’t had any contact. My next step of course is to call the bank to dispute the charges which I will do, but I know that will take a lot longer probably. I just very much think that wish should have a better way to deal with this kind of thing. It’s super upsetting to have your account hacked in the first place but when you get the feeling that they do not care at all about resolving the issue it’s even more unsettling.
