My complaint:
I have 4 orders that never arrived. Two from ‘April 12 2020’ and Two from ‘April 14 2020’. Today is July 22 2020. I’ve been ordering from wish for years without one problem. Look up my order history and you will see that I’ve always been a loyal customer and always gave good reviews. Now 4 items still have not arrived and it’s been 3.3 months and nothing.
Suggested solution:
I want my items located and directed to my address. I want the items more than I want the money which is why I purchased them in the first place so please get them to me. If this can be resolved I will happily keep ordering from wish.
