Wish complaint: 3 months and I still haven’t received my package

My complaint:

ON MAY 1ST I PURCHASED A POLYGEL KIT AND I’VE BEEN FOLLOWING UP AND STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!. I ASKED FOR MY COMPLETE REFUND AND WISH KEEPS GIVING ME DIFFERENT DATES. FIRST THE ITEM WAS GONNA ARRIVE IN JUNE THEN IT SAID BY JULY THEN ON AUGUST 9TH AND NOW BY SEPTEMBER 28TH!! AS THIS POINT I DON’T WANT THE KIT ANYMORE. AND THE WORST THING THEY GIVE YOU A TRACKING NUMBER AND MY ITEM IS STILL IN CHINA!! THEY NEED TO BE MORE SERIOUS ,IM VERY UPSET AND I WANT MY REFUND IM NOT WAITING ANOTHER MONTH
