My complaint:
On july 2nd i ordered an adult coloring book and a 30 piece set of post card for $38.21. On august 1st they sent me two covers for a cell phone. Cannot use these, do not want, and not what i ordered. Unable to speak to anyone .they have drop down menues that are worthless.
Suggested solution:
Issue me a credit to my checking account for amount they deducted and send me envelope with their address so iknow where to mail back wrong items.
