My complaint:
Purchased a phone on April 24, 2020. Tried making an inquiry of my purchase the following day and then I later got an email that the order had been cancelled. It’s quite frustrating because you can get hold of any body to resolve these issues after they have all credit card information out there. I reordered the merchandise again on April 26, 2020, after the customer service had sent me a message about my impending full refund of the first cancellation to be available in my account in 14 business days. My second order on April 26, 2020 again was cancelled today without my authorization, and without any reasonable explanation.
Suggested solution:
It's up to them if they want me to continue shopping on the site, else stop wasting my time by letting me put my information out there all the time.
