My complaint:
I ordered a crucifix also a phone case neither which I have recived I notice on my credit card statement the money has been taken , can you please tell me why I haven’t received these 2 items
Suggested solution:
I would request a refund if I do not get a reasonable explanation why these goods have not arrived
