Complaint: 2 complaints. 1. Incorrect address used on my parcels. 2. Very misleading or even fraudulent product description

My complaint:

1. I have ordered 27 items from Wish, and only received 5, 3 of which were the incorrect items !! I have written to them twice to advise that whoever prints out my address label is making a mistake by inserting the INCORRECT postal code. My code is 2195, but they keep using code 3286. Parcels getting lost. Took no notice of my advice to them in this regard.
2. Recent order 5db69c769b2f7c5467295c9. for 3 Phillips replacement electric shaver. Confirmed order states :3x replacement shaver heads but only one, not 3 supplied. WHY ??? How on earth can One help. Stupid or a scam ??

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

1. Make sure their despatch dept correct my details exactly as shown on my profile. Those details are in fact correct.

2. Send me, immediately, completely free of charge both the 2 short shaver heads. Advert on their app also clearly shows these 3 blades and not only one.
