My complaint:
i am very dissapointed with my very first shopping experience on wish , the item i ordered had approx delivery of 2 weeks and i recieved notification that it was dispatched 2 days after ordering , then you send me a notice saying it will be held up for 8 WEEKS! . the excuse of the covid problem does not make sense as i am not having any trouble with international deliveries from E BAY, i was tempted to order several other items since but am not game to take a chance with such poor service . Back to E BAY for me .
Suggested solution:
i should have been given the option of a refund and cancelling the order as i can purchase the same item through various other sources , including locally.
