My complaint:
I ordered 3 items that said 10-12 days. One item now says delivered even though I was in that day and it didn’t come. The other 2 items are now saying due 30 days later than the original due date. The useless wish assistant does nothing to help.
Suggested solution:
Refund the missing item and partial refund the 2 items that are going to be 30 days late
