My complaint:
My phone charger that was plunged very near to my bed within my bedroom, on 31/1/2024 there was a big problem that had caused me to have a big meltdown due to my autism as there was no heating nor hot water.
The staff member what was working had upset me very badly before the meltdown as we was out he kept holding me with both of his harms on the train and off the train and plus i can’t remember the time i started to drink but i got so high with drink.
I do remember that i had left my charger plunged in next to my bed however i did need someone go at the side of my bed and i hard a plug taken out and when i woken up i never was my phone charger and or the plug again the the 2 member of staff was working that night. i am not blaming anyone but i just what my charger back with the plug.
Suggested solution:
Stop the 2 member of staff working with me until this is fixed.
