My complaint:
I checked one time payment and unchecked alllllll of the predatory boxes. I was charged $17.76. 5 days later I was charged another $17.76. It hit my account today as a recurring payment. I tried to stop it and refund my money, but it is very difficult and will “process” in 5 days. Bull. I will be taking them to small claims if they try to rob me again.
Suggested solution:
Give me all of my money back as I never want to do business with them again because they are illegal predators of bank accounts
