WinRed complaint: Unrelenting text message for 7 years and they won’t stop. Its harrasment

My complaint:

7 years of 10 to 15 taxes a day i block them but they have unlimited spam numbers i type STOP to unsubscibe but they won’t honor that.

Suggested solution:

Take me off their list and never text me again
