My complaint:
I did not authorize multiple donations, I asked that it be cancelled and was told it would be.
I placed an order for $123 of gifts from the winred store and paid for it on the 5th of May. I have no merchandise. Today is May 26.
Suggested solution:
STOP withdrawals,
The store could simply provide my merchandise or refund my purchase.
