My complaint:
I made a donation to a Republican candidate now I get constant texts from Winred I went to their site and get the circle jerk. You cant speak to anyone even when you call their phone because the decision menu does not allow you to speak to a live agent.
I want the texts to stop.
Suggested solution:
Put an unsubscribe button on the homepage
Allow the option of speaking to a live person, not just a bot
