My complaint:
Can’t log in to my account, 2 different emails used to make donations and same errors for both, no reset ever sent after numerous requests. Recurring unauthrized drafts, duplicate drafts, no refunds after one time exception. Which is $1.00! Auto operator hangs up regardless the request you make. Multiple texts daily to a point it’s harassing, opt out doesn’t work. I question the their legitimacy, I don’t believe they are actually sending funds to any political party. I believe Winred is scamming people!
Suggested solution:
Return all the money they have drafted from my account including the unauthorized drafts, stop texting me and mail proof of their legitimacy and what they have sent to the political party I donated to. I wish to forward this for verification.
Winred scammed me because they are doing “recurring” payments when I wanted a one time payment. I noticed it changed my “one time” donation to “recurring” donation. Winred cannot be reached without giving them your credit card #. I am livid. What to do?
