My complaint:
My visa was charged $550.oo in Apri for a donation. Visa handled the error and I received credit and received a new Visa with another . I have now received my Visa for Mar 20, 2022- Apr. 18, 2022 and there are 2 charges
one posted Mar.31 in the amount of $10.00and one posted Apr. 5 in the amount of $10.00. I did not make this charges and don’t know who or what WinRed is. Please credit my account immediately so that I dont have to file fraudulent charges.
Suggested solution:
Credit my Visa account. and notify me that it was done.
