My complaint:
I’ve been donating with Winred since 2019. In ’21 and ’22 they started declining all my credit cards.
I’ve tried to fix the problem with them but no luck. I’ve contacted the trouble team and followed all their directions with no success. They won’t even callt me back now so I contacted the Republican party and various candidates as well to find an alternative to Winred. Some have sent me mail-in donation forms, some have given me other online alternatives, but no Wnred.
Suggested solution:
When I can donate once again on line using Winred.
