My complaint:
I did not sign up for a recurring donation. I did donate $5 on two separate occasions. On June 2 and June 15 my account was charged $100. I did not authorize these charges. I want the money refunded and no recurring charges.
Suggested solution:
Refund the charges and stop any recurring charges to my account.
