My complaint:
They billed me $10, continuously, 4 times in one day, Master Card. I am not that knowledgeable with a computer, but they kept on placing their logo on the screen requesting the $10. I thought my joining wasn’t taking. There may be other 84-year old’s that don’t know how to use a computer that well either, or they were also sucked in.
Suggested solution:
Send it to the veterans, or return it to me as I have a bedridden wife.
