My complaint:

I have been trying to get through to a person to get an answer. I am retired 74 year old woman who is single. I used a debit card to donate. I need my money back asap and am anxious. Not rich person.Help me please right now.

Suggested solution:

Call me at 817-300-1749 as soon as possible and let me know I will get my thousand dollars back. I do not want any money to be taken from card anymore either. Please help me.
