My complaint:
It’s time to start reminding yourselves as to the why your in business. Your Customers come first. That should be the chains primary goal, not the size of the Corporate profits that your Shelf Allocation is reaping. Shelves are often less 12 filled, products completely empty at times for days. These conditions never happened when the store managers were responsible for ordering. The death of AP began with this process of Space Allocation.
Suggested solution:
Shake up the Board of Directors before you lose complete sight of what a Supermarkets primary goals are.
