My complaint:
First may I say Ricardo, manager of the liquor store is the BEST, main reason why i shop here. Your pharmacy department is excellent. Now Mara the cashier, I always try to avoid her line because her rude, loud mouth, sarcastic way when she talks to you, but today at 828am I had no choice, she was the only cashier open–She was really rude and belligerent today, that I kindly asked her to keep her opinions to herself, but she got louder and more belligerent, at this point she was literally dropping my produce in the bag splitting the tomatoes, which I ended up discarding. Mara has a problem and with many choices to shop for my groceries, I will not need to shop at this store any longer, except I will continue using the pharmacy and purchasing at the liquor store
Suggested solution:
All MARA needed to do was say she was sorry and keep her mouth shut--all would of been fine
