Winn-Dixie complaint: Rib eye steaks rotten

My complaint:

I bought two rib eyes yesterday 101521 opened the package and it smelled, I cooked it and froze the other one, and I could not eat it and tossed it. I still have the frozen one.

Suggested solution:

Replace it or refund.
