My complaint:

I apologize if I did something wrong , according to your rules and terms and Conditions I never violated these by asking why I never had received an email ing my redemption for $140.00

As I have always gotten in past redemption request where I would have to reply . I am attaching a picture of past reqest.

As you can see in the emails I was never asked to be patient . I was never giving explanations ,I was just banned because your system did not send an email to me and I ask for clarification . And I was never sent the money you owe me.

For some people with autism, a change in routine, however small, could lead to anxiety. As such, strict routines could cause issues if a person is being supported by someone who is not aware of their exact habits, or if their environment changes, such as their regular café being closed. Changes are inevitable in life.

I have autism so when I did not receive the email it was routine to the redemption possess with Win Big Slots and I never did anything to deserve getting my money taken much less banned

Please send my $160.00 to $trinidy666
