My complaint:
I ordered Willow tree Nativity set. They sent me the wrong item and now want me to accept $7.00 refund for a $69.00 order. I’m their email they said the error was on their part.
Suggested solution:
Please either refund my $69.00 dollars or send me what I ordered.
