My complaint:
On 22nd March i was in this pub with two other people. At about 8pm i went to use the toilet. No toilet paper in any of the 3 cubicles. I.didnt realise this until it was too late. Luckily had a bit of paper in my bag
I went to the bar . Asked for the manager. I was advised he would be with me shortly. The manager came over to where i was sitting and explained the.situation. he informed me that toilet rolls would be put in the toilets. I stated that while this was all very well the damage had already been done. I suggested that as a goodwill gesture that a drink for myself and 2 people i was with would go someway in resolving my complaint. The manager flatly refused and was about to walk away. At that point i asked him.for his name etc..i think this very poor customer service.
This is unacceptable custort service
