My complaint:
At approximately 3:45 today, Sunday, August 7, I entered the Whole Foods in Parsippany, NJ. There were only 3 shopping carriages at the entrance and all were equipped for babies. To the right of the door when I entered the store, there was a stand for hand held shopping baskets. It had only one basket which was attached to the stand. I went to the Customer Service desk where 3 young men were standing, thinking they would like to know that the north entrance was not equipped for shoppers. When I left the store at 4:20 nothing had been done. If a customer entered near the self check out area, they had to walk the total length of the store and exit to the lobby to get a shopping cart. Obviously the boys were not at the correct location since no customer service occurred.
Suggested solution:
Better training for customer service
