My complaint:
It cannot understand the company is amazon and whole foods is just a location so he must allow access to the amazon warehouse in the building per force no matter what personal circumstances he wants to vent, because it is time, the money is in there and it is not his, this is preplanned, it is a gymnasium turned warehouse turned clients seating, it is an industrial elevator up there, I ve been doing the same thing for months before without incidents but the man wants to manhandle, guess what? A cart that came off delivery off that same warehouse!! It is not an ADA facility, the ramps are too steep up and closed angled, so you have to cross the whole store to the very end for the elevator! It insists on stopping me and out of the elevator! I later went in, a smiley manager at the door, and lost half order while looking for the next code (or the box was half empty) because the office scanner closed 9:00 flat, but I was there with time to do everything right! This next time instead he did the same, no one remembered the last time, and then stayed outside waiting outside and… looks he is also reaching me in the subway! And I did not retrieve my Amazon order, only lost the whole day and rained. He can’t be there 7:00-22:00 every day! It was not fortuitous, you have a stream of people doing the same thing at the partner s, not whole foods, and I do so nearly every month when I cannot send orders anywhere else. Then? I cant mimic a random security guard and stay there till I can snatch a trip to the upper floor company s partner s facility! No one was available but the security company name, it was first time in the morning, not late evening. I don’t think a host s company security has a right to deny access to the partner s office inside, for all clients will care. He may escort to the elevator if he is so scared, not bring you out of the elevator when you had already pushed the button up inside!! We all need business intelligence here, wont be buying my eggs in Whole Foods anymore – A bit of hard-acquired knowledge: the organic revolution is based on the need to extract as much fuel from manure without poultry feeding killing the new fermenting strains used to compost the manure, so no antibiotics, harsh mineral beds, etc. Otherwise more yeasts are needed to harvest same amounts of manure fuel.
Suggested solution:
Move your guard to any other facility!! Fairness (economics) demands your security be randomized, without anyone involved knowing when or where will the same guy show up again. I m serious, I do a lot of business with amazon, he was a criminal to my pocket.
