My complaint:
I recently sent money to a wrong person. They did not pick it up as they did not know about. I requested a refund from WU. They issued me a new tracking number, but it does not work. One rep from WU told me I had to go to the original place I sent the money from, that also rejected my refund request. One said go to any WU office, that did not work. Another sent me to a business that does not do WU refunds. I have driven over 70 miles in the last week to get this refund. Its all a bunch of BS, I need results.

REFUND MY DAMN MONEY!!!!!
