My complaint:
No posted sign for snow removal and they towed my car at my apartment. Now they want to charge me $150 and up for towing my car where I live.
Suggested solution:
I shouldn\'t be charged $150 on up because of their neglect to hang signs saying they wanted my car moved. I want the tow fee removed. They never asked my permission to movetow my car and have my cell and work number on file.
