My complaint:
I was at the store trying to return vinegar and soy sauce, the manager said it’s not returnable due to pandemic, but the receipt doesn’t state that. Regardless, he started raising his voice at me and tell me to cal the cops of DOA , I said why would I cal the cops for? He said “some people want to call 911.” I did not have any attitude but instead he did! As a man maybe he felt in title to talk to women like this, but it is NOT ok!!! I said “you have a very bad customer service attitude,” he said “oh then you should go somewhere that give you the BEST customer service.” So I left. I will definitely make this heard one way or another. His name is Arnie Liao, people like that shouldn’t be in retail!!! Especially manager!!!
