My complaint:
We have reserved a property And paid £500 reservation fee. After 48 hours a sudden change of circumstances meant We couldn’t proceed and cancelled. WatkinJones won’t refund my money although I had reserved the plot for 48 hours only. The consumer code for builders says these funds are refundable but the company hardly responds and I have exhausted my ways of complaining as the sales executive won’t give out any details for her managers nor anyone else. Hardly responds to my calls and emails and I feel hopeless.
