Walkers Crisps complaint: There was an unsealed bag in my multipack

My complaint:

I went to get the last bag of crisps, from my walkers multi pack of cheese and onion crisps, found the bag had not been sealed properly, the crisps had gone stale ans soft, despite the pack being in best before date, of 180323 , batch GBL 110 334 05:50

Suggested solution:

Maybe re-emburse for the pack
And be more vigilant with your quality control checks
