My complaint:
I love walkers sensations but recently they taste horrible. There is no sweet chili flavouring going on them, only all the other herbs and they taste awful without it. A big bag of these crisps costs me £2.50 and i sat down to eat the pack id just bought and i cannot eat them they have so little flavour on. I am now going hungry as i have no other food in the house and have wasted £2 50 on crisps that DO NOT taste how they should. Batch tests should be done and bad batches must be thrown away. This is a disgusting attempt at making money and if i have to open one more and it be like this i will never buy walkers crisps again. I am not the only one to complain about this either, my dad has boycotted walkers already, my colleague wont buy sensations due to this issue. Sort it out. Honestly, about 1 in 5 packets of these crisps i buy are actually seasoned correctly, the other 4 have to be thrown away and im done with throwing money in the bin. They dont look right, they dont smell right and they definitely taste bad. The photo shows some flavour but this practically tastes like nothing but the smell of a herb cupboard, and not a nice one. There should be green, red and orange flakes all over them i have eaten these crisps for 5 years i know when something is wrong.
Suggested solution:
Do batch tests and throw bad batches out. I would also like this pack that cost me £2.50 replaced for one with flavour or i would like my money back as this has now become a joke. Youre just taking peoples money and selling them crap knowing full well batch testing has been done and someone sent them out to be sold anyway. Theres no consistency which with food is a very inportant factor!
