My complaint:
Hello, I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience my daughter and I had while shopping for snacks. We decided to purchase a multipack of your crisps for our weekend together, as it was my turn to spend time with her.
However, we were quite disappointed to find that most of the packets in the multipack were partially open and appeared to have been crushed against something, causing them to taste stale and unpleasant. This resulted in a disappointing snacking experience for my daughter and left us both dissatisfied with our purchase. The multipack was purchased at ASDA in Morley (Leeds)
Suggested solution:
Well it\'d be nice if we could be sent a new multipack.
