My complaint:

this is to report about your extremely poor customer services and relationships which should hang your head in shame!
we ordered a new connection was allotted a new sim with a number 9654961947. the sim was ly delivered . however , after a continued struggle of some 4 to 5 days i could not activate the sim despite following the correct procedures. When i contacted the person who had delivered the sim. he initially tried to blame it on connection problem with my phone and suggested some ways to activate the phone. after repeated calls made to him and your call centre i was finally told SORRY THIS PHONE IS ALREADY ACTIVE IN SOMEONE else’s name and please order another connection .
its so shameful and you should hang your head in shame for doing a mistake that too in covid times. we risked covid infection with visit of an outsider in our house when he came for the delivery and other formalities only to realise that YOU PEOPLE ARE SO CARELESS and allot a WRONG NUMBER .
