My complaint:
Have not used my phone since top up. Put in amount asked for by sales assistant in Vodafone store. It worked for a day. Now we can’t use it for calls or Internet. This is the 3rs time I have complained. Says I need to conrect to Internet before making a call. Can’t get Internet when out
