Virgin Media complaint: Excessive monthly charges

My complaint:

I was told my package would cost about £30.00 monthly once initial setup fee had been paid. So far I have had to pay £62.00 for last 2weeks in Jan2020, and have been billed About £98.00 for Feb2020. When I phoned I was told it was are silt of the landline calls I had made. The person selling the package had told us we would have free weekday calls, weekend calls and free calls to mobiles. The bill also shows 2 Films, downloaded, and game playing charges. We do not have a desktop box to enable us to do this.
