My complaint:
There was a issue..with the apartment upstairs from me that had a water leak..that cause Black Mold in my closet,all in the walls around the walls i was not accommodated at all they came in,an printed over the mold never took any walls down or anything..now,im trying to move from these living conditions they are not trying to give me a release form to move my family out of the apartment no justice at all
Suggested solution:
My desire solution is to give me a release form..to move from the premises
