My complaint:
I have been a patient here for years and suddenly I have been handed down to many medical practioners within the facility , do not know why. Now I have two referrals for necessary medical examinations due to diabetes which the Insurance idiots do not want to accept due to the fact that Doctor Roberto Alvarez has been my primary care doctor for years and is not accepting new patients. I will be seeking another Doctor and Insurance due to flagrant .lack of quality metrics for this firm. I will be complaining to the insurance board since technically i do not have insurance due to this lack a primary care doctor. I would like to see a corrective action report.
Suggested solution:
Corrective action and preventive actions instilled in their business process. Trainig for all in customer care,and six sigma.
