Village Hotels complaint: Over price food

My complaint:

We were staying at the Blackpool Village we were meeting family so we had lunch in the bar I had the prawn salad which was really peppery I could not eat it .My husband had the chicken salad which he could eat but it was not worth £16 nobody asked how the food was I did tell the girl she said nothing and offered nothing. We had a few drinks and returned to our room we were meeting some more family in the evening so we ate there again mistake we had burger and frys they where cold I return mine they brought it back not much better they had warmed it up ?? You are not supposed to warm food and give it back to the client.
We have stayed in a number of your hotels and eaten always been ok but not this time.

Pool ect are great but breakfast is not had good has it used to be not much choice in the cold breakfast, no choice of egg just scrambled. On Saturday they were serving the cooked breakfast the young man had all the lids half off so the food was cold. I understand things have been bad in your industry but to lower your standard is not the way to go.And we asked several times for the table to be cleared of cups glasses ect but nobody did that.

I am most upset that we spent £64 on very poor food and was left hungry. Nobody was interested when we complained I asked the reception to ask someone to contact me and left my email nobody has..
