My complaint:
I had a payment arrangement but my pay check did not post on time. I have been asking for a little more time to get this resolved. They refused and interrupted ny service at 11am on Friday. No one is able to help me and one representative told me to borrow the money from someone.
Suggested solution:
Offer an affordable payment option. I have asked about reducing my services and was told I can not do that.
