My complaint:
Cooked a box of Mac and cheese for Sunday dinner, it turned to mush and I timed it for 10 minutes. Thought I may have messed the time up so when I cooked another box Wednesday night I made sure I just cooked for 8 minutes.. Still turned to mush. I checked the date on box and it said 17 JAN 2023. Replacement is requested and I hope the next boxes will turn out with the quality we are used to from Velveeta. Thank you for your time!

Both of these boxes should be replaced and a couple more boxes free for the disappointment serving at Sunday dinner time and to my family.
