VELVEETA complaint: Shells broke into little pieces when cooked

My complaint:

Purchased a 3 box pack recently and with all 3 boxes when the shells were cooked, the shells broke apart into mushy, bland, little pieces.

Suggested solution:

Looks and tastes disgusting and very unappealing. Please figure out this issue. This used to be a favorite for us, until this 3 time experience. Proper replacement (when the issue is fixed) would be nice.
