My complaint:
On multiple occasions in the last 12 months I have bought the individual cups or the cups in the 4 pack that have resulted very chewy and hard noodles after microwaving. I followed the 3 12 minute instructions per usual and have attempted to even cook longer in attempt to fix.
It’s across multiple stores and even cities. I waited months to buy these again and unfortunately they are still gross and undesirable. I hope this fixes soon. I used to buy a lot but I go back to work with the noodles stuck in my teeth…
Suggested solution:
Cook their noodles correctly
Fix the quality of their food
