My complaint:

I opened a box of Velveeta cheese and saw bugs on the inside of the box packaging. I than very carefully washed off the aluminum package and inspected it for damage and didn’t see anything obvious.

I opened the package to use the cheese and was disgusted by what I saw. (See Pictures) Then after looking through the pantry shelves where it was stored I found more bug stuff that looks like dried up pieces of rice all over all the adjutant boxes of Rice-a-Roni and Idaho potato packages.

So not only did the rotten bug maggot infected cheese ruin the 2 pound box of Velveeta it also ruined 30 boxes of Rice-a-Roni, 6 boxes of Idaho potatos and 5 boxes of Betty Crocker suddendly salad pasta mixes.

So not only have they ruined my trust in the Kraft Brand of products they have now also ruined my trust in other food products as well.

That’s well over $60 dollars worth of food that was ruined by Velveeta’s tainted product and negligence. Not to mention that now I have lost trust in the food manufacturers.

Suggested solution:

They should send me a check for all the ruined food. I estimate the cost of the food at $60 dollars but the same products for me to replace today will cost at least $100 dollars.

There is nothing they can do to reinstate my trust in their ability to deliver food that isn't tainted.

This is truly a sad state of affairs as I have been eating MacCheese made with Velveeta over sixty years.

BTW there phone customer service is very bad.
