VELVEETA complaint: All the shells were shattered

My complaint:

The shells weren’t shells at all! I bouhht the 3 box package from Walmart and every box the shells were alll broken! They didn’t cook the same or taste good.

Suggested solution:

I’d like a refund or replacement
