My complaint:
Iam a disabled parent of a high school student who volunteeringly goes to this branch daily, and now the high school student was hired as abell ringer but the branch never told us the parents where in Cleveland Ohio this position would be filled. We the parents called due to an emergency to find out where in Cleveland the child might be, the response was negative I the parent was and I quote call your child too find out! If the child was hired by you then we should be ed to where he would be employed just in case of an emergency that again just occurred!
Suggested solution:
If you\'re hiring a person especially if they\'re still in high school student please notify the parents or the other adults in charge of them or where they will be working in case an emergency occurs in a polite manor.
